Assisted Suicide Debate

My position in the   assisted suicide debate   is as follows:

Sometimes, it’s indeed appropriate to provide   assisted suicide   and help a person to kill himself; particularly when you cannot effectively manage their pain. Actually, I hale   Jack Kevorkian‘s   work and the sacrifice he made of his freedom to illustrate this point for us. Like abortion,  assisted suicide   is the same; that is, generally not to be preferred, but utilized when all other practical options fail.
